This holds our company accountable to strict ecological and social criteria, including things like cotton cultivation, safe fabric finishes, sustainable packaging and fair treatment of workers.

Our cotton is certified organic by National Organic Program (NOP) standard, which is regulated by the USDA.
All of our products are made in Egypt at a Certified Fair Trade farm which includes on site health care, child care and daily organic meals for all workers. We also promote social justice, gender equality and diversity in our workplace.

Our warehouse staff is highly educated to pack your items precisely according to the specifications we offer. Prior to shipping your items will be thoroughly examined and secured. Warehouses and distribution centers are located throughout Europe as well as in the USA.

Before shipping, we will inspect thoroughly the items you've ordered. Most orders today are shipped in 48 hours. The delivery time varies between 3-7 days.
Returns
The inventory is always changing and we cannot completely manage it because of the fact that many parties are involved, including our warehouse and factory. The actual levels of stock can change at any point. It is possible that inventory could run out once your order has been processed.
Our policy lasts thirty days. If you haven't received your item within the 30 days period, we are not able to provide a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return your product must be unopened and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
